Supporting Our Customers – May 2021 Update
Over the past 12 months, the Coronavirus pandemic has made headlines, captured our imaginations, and changed the ways in which each of us relates to and navigates the world.
At Webterior we recognise the significant impact the pandemic has had on the vast number of our clients. Many businesses and organisations across sectors had to respond quickly; Some began remote working, whilst others had to continue operating with reduced services. Others had to close operations entirely.
We are not a huge, well-known company, but we do believe in supporting our customers as best as we can. In 2020 we trebled the payment deadline from 30 to 90 days, extended our £1 Hosting pledge and suspended services to focus on supporting existing clients. Throughout the pandemic we maintained our SLA agreement with our 99.99% Uptime Guarantee.
Webterior relies on support, recommendations, and word of mouth from our dedicated customers who without we would not be where we are today.
To show our appreciation and to help our loyal customers we want to give something back. All customers who have held a Hosting Service up to and including 1st May 2021 will receive an entire year of hosing FREE*.
Over the next 6 months we will be simplifying the services we offer shifting our primary focus to Hosting, Email, Website Design & IT Consultancy. This will soon be reflected on our updated website and improved customer portal.

*Clients must have held a Webterior Hosting Plan between the period of 1st March 2020 – 1st May 2021. Normal billing will occur until 31st December 2021 after which all eligible accounts and products will receive an automatic 12-month extension.
