Changes to the Webterior Client Portal
Webterior have been working to introduce a new client portal.
Since 2013 we have been operating 3 different software tools: Support, Billing & Invoicing. These have now been decommissioned.
The client portal allows you to view outstanding projects, view/raise support ticket’s, view ongoing subscriptions and have access to any invoices outstanding or historic. This allows us to move forward and allow our clients to pay for services using card payment services.
Direct feedback has been considered and where possible, incorporated into our new designs and content.
